The City intends to promote widespread market acceptance of Green Building methods. The City anticipates that by introducing the analysis and performance research of the three project goals, local developers will realize the economic benefits and the untapped market segment of the homebuyer population who desire Green homes. The construction methods utilized in the City’s Green Building Project will be shown to be beneficial for all types of construction.
